  just had a brain fart and i don't think i'll actually try this, but see what you think.. .

  i made myself a promise that i was done serving on jcs roughly 2 years ago.

  and, with the exception of a rubber stamp reinstatement charade, i've kept that promise.

  How Many Here Actually "Studied" The Publications?

  when i was a teenager i extensively studied nearly every publication.

  i especially enjoyed looking up the root words meanings in the hebrew and greek of the bible language.

  it gave me the flavor of a word and its origins.

  I studied all the time! at one point though it seemed the more I studied the more questions i had and the less answers i recieved... this led me to stop the constant research until i was ready to leave...

  yes, i do!

  i did it 20 years ago, but the elders still remember what i did, sometimes i wish they never knew about it.

  why do I keep losing sleep over silly stuff?

  i keep finding myself posting things on here and then feeling extremely embarrased for sharing my point of view.

  like i can't handle anyone disagreeing with my viewpoint.

  last night i had a hard time falling asleep because of what someone posted in response to my comment.

  Sounds to me like you are just all on edge and having too many changes (even if they are just in your heart right now) at a time

  to quote heartbreaker

  Leaving JW is changing EVERYTHING about you!!! that in itself is too much!!! give it time! I wake up all the time... wanting to prove to someone that I am right and they are wrong... sometimes out of spite, other times just wanting to wake them up!!! I am so sensitive about it I just started telling people I'm an ex-jw!!!

  Why do JWs fear Satan and demons so much?

  for a group that claims not to believe in hell, why do jws fear satan and demons so much?

  a quick search on my 2003 wt cd reveals over 14,000 references just to satan's name..what is the worst thing satan could do to a jw?

  I woke up with the kingdom melody "to whom do you belong" and it made me think that they truly believe you are a witness following Jehovah or not a witness and are following Satan... one or the other

  that is cool in my mind... stay in to help the innocent.... why not? as long as your not decieving yourself in thinking you can stay "in" and not want to be....

  has anyone ever had a bronchoscopy?

  i just did a week ago and slowly recovering.

  i had biopsies done along with a lavage... i've visited the er twice in the past 4 days for chest pain and suffocation... yet all ct scans and vitals are ok. .

  i am fine as long as i am resting but as soon as i do light activities i quickly get fatigued and when i've continued then chest pressure develops and i end up in the er.... my pulmonologist doesnt know why... any experiences welcome.

  bronchoscopy - never had one - but had many patients post and never seemed to be a big deal... sounds like you need to find out what the problem is - so a test isn't too bad of a deal...
